I. For OVERNIGHT ROOM ACCOMMODATION, Check- In Time is 3PM and Check- Out Time is 1PM on the following day. If you arrive later than 3PM, check- out is still 1PM on the following day. All times are to be strictly adhered and we kindly ask all guests abide accordingly. Early Check- In is depending upon Resort Availability and is subject to a minimum additional CHARGE of Php 1000 per hour or part thereof.

NOTE: The Reservation is limited to accommodation and on the guaranteed number of persons. In the event you exceeded the Total Guaranteed Number of Persons, you will be obliged to add another Room to your booking (depend upon availability) or another room nearby our Resort

II. For DAY TOUR NIPAHUT ACCOMMODATION, Check- In Time is 8AM and Check- Out Time is 5PM on the same day. If you arrive later than 8AM, check- out is still 5PM on the same day. All times are to be strictly adhered and we kindly ask all guests abide accordingly. Early Check- In is depending upon Resort Availability and is subject to a minimum additional CHARGE of Php 500 per hour or part thereof.

NOTE: The Reservation is limited to accommodation and on the guaranteed number of persons. In the event you exceeded the Total Guaranteed Number of Persons, you will be obliged to add another Nipahut to your booking (depend upon availability) or another Nipahut nearby our Resort.

III. Reservations refer and are limited only on to the inclusions within your Booking Confirmation.

IV. For the benefit and fairness to all our guests, Moon Palace Beach Resort Extension must strictly Implement a NON- CANCELLABLE, NON- AMENDABLE and NON- REFUNDABLE Policy.

V. Swimming is Not Allowed during Non-Lifeguard Hour (6 PM to 6AM)

VI. In the event, any of the Rules are violated by the Guest, the RESERVATION will be CANCELLED without Refund of any Deposit or Payments made.

I. Total Amount of the Reservation shall be required to CONFIRM the Booking. Kindly check first the availability of preferred date and accommodation type on the Day of your Bank Payment via our mobile no. 0908-155-3601 (smart) or 0956-349-0625 (globe).

II. To assist in an enjoyable check-in experience, please bring your Reservation Deposit and Booking Confirmation with you.

III. Before arrival, please search on your Google Map: “TOURISM OF SAN JUAN BATANGAS” and drop there. Please PAY your Php20.00 per head as Tourism Fee, and please present your BOOKING CONFIRMATION VOUCHER.

 IV. Keep Going through LAIYA until you reaches Moon Palace Resort – Extension (on the left side). Please PAY your Pass way Fee per Vehicle before you enter the Resort.
